(SOLVED)terminal command to start nautilus in LM12Debian

I want to start default file manager nautilus from terminal. When I type in "nautilus", I get this

--could be updates have changed Gnome items..

If the application (nautilus file manager) is failing to load, using root probably won't help, it is more likely an update for gnome or a plugin/extension you have on nautilus that is causing the problem: an extension such as flash-player.. or other?
