HI
I have been using Daryna for the past few months and have added a lot of third party repo's .
The problem now is that although both Daryna and Romeo repos are enabled in the sources.list file but mintUpdate doesn't seem to work!!!
In other words I can see no updates in mintUpdate.
How ever Synaptics works just fine as does mintInstall.
I upgraded mintupdate using synaptic but still the problem persists.
HELP!
And thanks.

Re: apt sources.list/mintUpdate problems
Below is a standard Daryna sources.list with Romeo enabled
Use it as a template and comment out (##) the repositories not in here or make a backup of the one you have and use this one instead.
Then make a manual update in mintUpdate and see if it works
Post back an tell us how it goes..

Re: apt sources.list/mintUpdate problems
Thanks!!!!!
It worked.
But what has me flummoxed is that I had all the right repos commented/uncommented according to the list u provided but still ......
Can it be that the additional repos I had added clashed with Daryna/Romeo?

Re: apt sources.list/mintUpdate problems
Maybe not clashed but rather "confused" if it was trying to bring home updates from those as well - have to ask Clem about this (if I remember)
