How to update flash player on google Chrome LINUX

Hello everybody, could someone help with a tutorial or something how to update the flash player in google chrome?
when i downloaded the lattest version of chrome from the official page, it says that it has an old version
What to do people?

Type chrome://plugins into the address bar and hit enter.
On the right hand side, you'll see details; click on that to expand.
Make sure that "/opt/google/chrome/libgcflashplayer.so" is not disabled. (It should show Version: 11.2 r202.)

Please put up the exact link from which you downloaded chrome. I suspect the problem lies there.

Also, why do you not show what you have in place of "/opt/google/chrome/libgcflashplayer.so". Is it exactly the same?

So what do you see with "chrome://version/"?

Okay! Finally! You have 64-bit. There is a known problem of Flash and Chrome for 64-bit. If I come across some helpful links I'll post here. I'm on 32-bit.
