Has anyone installed and tried the Apache OpenOffice yet? Just downloaded the .deb but haven't gone through the installation yet.

Haven't tried it, and likely won't. I did try some light-weight alternatives, like AbiWord and Gnumeric, and I'm exploring KDE's offerings. Haven't seen much news about Open Office, so not sure if there are any features I would be wanting?

Definitely won't. I'm content with LibreOffice and Google Docs.DataMan wrote:Has anyone installed and tried the Apache OpenOffice yet? Just downloaded the .deb but haven't gone through the installation yet.
