it is not a good idea to post private email addresses on a public forum
It would be best to edit that information out of your post

go to "./RT2870_Linux_STA_x.x.x.x" directory.

You will automatically be connected to #linuxmint-chat and #linuxmint-help where there are more than 100+ people at all times--I'm sure one of them will gladly walk you through the install process. I'm available on Mint's less stricter channel called #pimpmymint (which is mostly active during the daytime, with around 40 people)...I stopped going to the #linuxmint-chat and #linuxmint-help rooms because they are too overcrowded and questions are almost always drowned out.
When the readme says change directory, it means do that in the terminal.
Ex: When you open up the terminal, you are initially in the /home directory. If I have a folder called Videos inside my home folder, to change to that directory from the terminal I would do "cd ~/Videos"
