Bisigi Themes with Mint 13 MATE

They work perfectly - just takes a minor tweak

You need to install the ppa but hold off on the update
Use this command

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bisigi/ppa

Then go to Software Sources
Menu>Package Manager>Settings>Repositories>Other Software
Or
/etc/apt/sources.list

You'll find these two lines there
http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu precise main
http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu precise (Source Code)

They need editing to replace "precise" with "maverick"

Then either click "Reload" if in Package manager
or type sudo apt-get update if in terminal

Then follow the remainder of the instructions given via the link above to install the whole set or however many you want
