[SOLVED] Best video editor and transcoder

Post by MarkLaw19 »

Hello to all,

I just want to ask is there any linux software that you can consider it to be the best video editor and transcoder? I was just thinking about creating a movie and i want to use Linux Mint to do it, but with my lack of knowledge in linux so i could not determine one. In windows my favourite video editor was Pinnacle Studio. So is there an alternative for that in Linux? And if possible, its free?

Any response would be appreciated...

I would recommend Avidemux as the best. I have had good results with Openshot, also. Some things were easier to do in Openshot.
Mint 18.2 Cinnamon, Quad core AMD A8-3870 with Radeon HD Graphics 6550D, 8GB DDR3, Ralink RT2561/RT61 802.11g PCI
Linux Linx 2018
