Hi,

I am getting hard time in using tata photon EC1260 + in mint..

Os detect the usb well but when ever i try to connect, it refuse it by error" activation failed"

Please provide you assistance.. details are mentioned bellow..

Hello AlokOnMint,

Have you got your Tata Docomo Photon+ (Huawei EC1260) device working on Linux Mint 13 Maya?

If, no, had you tried by giving "internet" as both your username & password in Network Manager -> Edit Connections -> Mobile Broadband? Well, I just did, and it started working (connecting).

IMO, Tata Docomo Photon+ (Huawei EC1260) is an out-of-the-box (you just have to enter username & password for it to authenticate and connect) device on Linux Mint 13 Maya.
