Maya 13 : No text in Cinnamon - VirtualBox 4.12

Hi,

I just installed Maya 13 inside VirtualBox (Windows XP host, on this one, alas), and I notice a wierdy thing :

- Cinnamon menu displays without any text inside of it, only icons.
- Same, on the Cinnamon bar, no text appears at all, if I click on the "calendar" place, a window open with what I expect to be a calendar, with squares, but without any text inside ?

Besides this, it looks like working...

On the same machine, I have an LMDE VM, on which Cinnamon works perfectly (texte included

(I tried to make a few screenshots, but they come out completely black, with only a mouse cursor...?)

Any clue ?

3d acceleration enable? Video memory turn right up to 128mb?

I have this same problem in VirtualBox and in Parallels. A temp workaround is to go into Cinnamon Settings -> Fonts -> change the font size with the +/-, then change it back.
