REMINDER: from the Forum Staff:

Please instead of uploading your images here, slowing everybody's access down, upload your screenshots to an image hoster. Such as http://imgbin.org. And then either post a link with a thumbnail image, or use the rimg tag here to link to the images on the image hoster's website (see the "rimg" button just above the text box when you create a new post). The rimg tag makes a 320x240 thumbnail of the image, keeping everybody's access fast.
