Re: Desktop Screenshots Thread - August 2012
New install of #!Crunchbang-11 "Waldorf" (Debian-Testing) with Openbox WM. Downloaded x64-bit .iso via Torrent.
Made a new install of #!Waldorf -- since Debian Wheezy (testing) is in the FREEZE stage of it's development. This is a good time to download and install; so that when Wheezy is finally released as 'stable' early next year (Feb/Mar 2013) I will already have it. Then, all I have to do is the final 'update' and add the Wheezy+Backports repro to my sources.list

Great work you guys. The desktop screen shots forums is definitely the eye-candy store.
mmesantos1, a great many of your older screen shots (prior months) aren't viewable. The older unviewable shots show up as a black box containing a triangle with a slammer in the middle.
Oscar799 and Katzedecimal, I really enjoy your screen shots.
I'm still in newbie land so I don't have a screen shot to share with you guys at the moment.

Sorry for any missing images, I may have removed some of them but there should not be many. I went through the past months for this year and did not see any my self but I did not go through every page for each thread. If there are allot missing link me which ones so I can verify what is actually missing. Thank you also for the heads up.

I believe I was browsing the 2008 thread with the very large post count. It could be that you removed your sceenies that you linked in that older thread and your 2011-2012 screens were what you kept online.mmesantos1 wrote:Hello ghoultek,

Great work! Thanks for sharing the original. One of these days I need to make some new walls instead of just grabbing new ones online.

Linux Mint 13 Cinnamon 64-bit.
Cinnamon Theme: Minty
Window and GTK+ theme: OMG-Dark
Icon Set: Default Mint Icons
Yes, I use Spotify. Awesome app for streaming music for free. Much better than Grooveshark in my opinion.
