Looking for a better unrar, unzip program

Postby jacatone on Tue Aug 28, 2012 9:03 pm

I'm using LM 12 LXDE which comes with xarchiver. I prefer an unrar, unzip program that show the uncompressing process so I know when it's done. This one doesn't do that. Can anyone recommend another program? Thanks.

"File Roller" comes w/13 Cinna, and seems OK.

What's 13 Cinna? Does it show the uncompressed progress?

file-roller package not installed by default in LM12 LXDE, you must installing it with synaptic package manager.
