Hi everyone,
I'm using LMDE (3.2.0-3-amd64 kernel) and whenever I try to install WinXP on Virtualbox (4.1.18 Debian r78361), everything starts fine (blue screens) and then my host restarts! Any hint to help me?
Thanks!

Re: Virtualbox reboots my host system
Are you installing WinXP from a CD/DVD, or from an ISO file? Is VirtualBox's Storage tab pointing to the proper installation media, and is it designated as a primary boot medium?
Re: Virtualbox reboots my host system
Installing from an ISO file that's on my Desktop...
Re: Virtualbox reboots my host system
And yes, it is designated as primary slave. I have:
- IDE Primary Master: WinXP.vdi
- IDE Primary Slave: winxp.iso
- IDE Primary Master: WinXP.vdi
- IDE Primary Slave: winxp.iso
Re: Virtualbox reboots my host system
Enabled "Intel Virtualization Technology" in BIOS settings makes host computer stop rebooting but now, installation of WinXP guest stops and I get this error:
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF8980524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
