<SOLVED> confused myself with repos -care to take a look?

Could someone take a look at my sources and tell me if they are appropriate?
I like testing things out and despite THIS post I usually have a decent idea about what I'm doing
What 'setup' the sources indicate I'm running?
Should I add deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org testing main non-free and removing the existing '/debian/incoming/multimedia testing main non-free'?
I'm pertty curious about zerozero's "LMDE Tracking ________ "threads and wondering which I should be following.

Should I add deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org testing main non-free and removing the existing '/debian/incoming/multimedia testing main non-free'?

not a good idea because you would start getting newer lib/packages from deb-multimedia that soon would break the multimedia stack in your install (happened in the past between UP2 and UP3 that's why multimedia and security from that moment on are part of the mirrored mint repos http://blog.linuxmint.com/?p=1836)
