Hi guys, I have recently installed Mint 13 and did have audio out of the Headphone jack but not the speakers. I installed the alsa-hda-dkms Driver to try and fix this and since that, the alsamixer has stopped being recognised in Term and my audio card is now unclaimed.
Anyone know of a driver for this card, or what I did wrong.

If your sound was working why did you assume you needed a different driver? Just how did you install this so we can help you remove it? You also need to provide more information about what your system sees such as the outputs ofeitharus wrote:installed the alsa-hda-dkms Driver
