Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to install update pack 5?
My Update manager says: Current Update Pack available: 5
Latest Update Pack used by the system: 5
But I have not installed anything. Actually, I have not turned on this pc in a while.
Thanks.

Re: How to install update pack 5?
When you opened Update Manager, did it say there was an update for Update Manager itself? If there was and you installed it, that's why the info says UP5 is already in use on the system. I've read a couple other reports of this, updating the UM brings in the UP5 info.latinomanz wrote:My Update manager says: Current Update Pack available: 5
Latest Update Pack used by the system: 5.
You still need to apply all the other updates to truly get UP5 in place.
Re: How to install update pack 5?
So this Update Packs are like Windows Service Packs in the sense that it is only one file that you install and it install all of the updates for you or do I have to choose manually many files to install using the Update Manager?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: How to install update pack 5?
No, the Update Pack is not a single file. It consists of many files, but can be installed easily using the Update Manager. All the files will be pre-selected for you by Update Manager, you just need to click one button to start the installation. Update Manager will do all the downloading and installing for you.latinomanz wrote:So this Update Packs are like Windows Service Packs in the sense that it is only one file that you install and it install all of the updates for you or do I have to choose manually many files to install using the Update Manager?
