I'm trying to customize Mint but I'm not having a whole lot of luck and I'm sure it's because of my ignorance. I've been looking at gnome-look.org and got my Mint to look like this:

I have the Elegant Brit emerald theme and a cool wallpaper but this guy here seems to just have his decked out... http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ ... tent=76371. I would like to get the bottom bar to match my title bars and the scroll bars on the side need to match as well. What all can I do to improve?
Also, how do you get screenlets to install?
Customizing with Emerald, Compiz, etc.

Ok, here is what I have now. I'd like to go with a dark, blue theme for my desktop. I got a background, the compiz theme, and these icons. But, I don't know how to install the icons and I'd like to get my menu bar at the bottom and the scrolls on the sides to match my emerald blue/black like this guy.
