[Solved] iBus - Can't select input methods

Hello!

I'm using Mint wish to iBus for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. I am trying to add input methods from this menu:


Unfortunately the screenshot doesn't show it, but when I click the drop down menu ("Select an input method") all the choices are greyed out, and I cannot select them.

I installed many fonts for all the languages that I will be using. If there is any other information that anyone needs for them to help me out, please ask. I am also open to the idea of using other input methods (although I am most familiar with, and prefer, iBus).

Actually... It's a theme problem, the choices are there. Just add it and you'll see.

installing ibus-pinyin packet maually (sudo apt-get install ibus-pinyin) seems to be a workaround. at least it works for me now for inputing chinese language. i installed mint 14 today, and had the same problem.
