no mint4win.exe in xfce?

I just finish my download of linux xfce 13 but when I mount the ISO i found out that their is no mint4win.exe I did saw a "mint4win file inside .disk folder" but it didn't do the job. anybody know why?

You can see here which editions of Linux Mint include the Windows Installer (mint4win): http://www.linuxmint.com/download.php. The 32 bits editions don't include it, for example. Did you mount the ISO in WIndows?

All right. The official interpretation is: "It cannot be done."
Yet, as you chose "pioneer" as your nickname, I tend to assume you might like to accomplish a task which officially is not feasible?! :wink:
