Audio hiccups when volume increased over 70% in KDE 4.8.4

Hello there,

I'm having audio hiccups issue when I increase the volume over 70% and Here is my system configurations:

OS:
Linux Mint 13
KDE 4.8.4
Kernel~3.2.0-27-generic-pae i686 Up~8 days

Hardware:
CPU~Dual core Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 (-MCP-) clocked at 1200.000 Mhz
Mem~1295.6/4030.0MB
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation N10/ICH 7 Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 01) (Displayed as "Built-in Audio Analog Stereo" in Phonon)
01:00.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI RV710/730 HDMI Audio [Radeon HD 4000 series]

Phonon > Device Preference:
Audio Playback prefered device : Built-in Audio Analog Stereo
Audio Recording prefered device: Built-in Audio Analog Stereo

Phonon > Audio Hardware Setup:
Hardware: Sound Card: Built-in Audio / Profile: Analog Stereo Duplex
Device Configuration: Sound Device: Playback (Built-in Audio Analog Stereo) / Connector: Analog Output

Phonon > Backend: GStreamer
