Creating custom iso for live DVD

Post by vinoman »

Any suggestions for a program to create a custom live DVD from your existing Mint setup?

Here's some articles:

Wanted to create a live DVD with my Mint 13 Cinnamon setup to send to friends.

Looks like Remastersys and Reconstructor are popular. But neither of them is in Synaptic. What is the command to install from the correct repos?

Thanks, but how do I install it?
