need help to improve open source

hai guys im new to linux mint im working for a company which provide education supports in school in the form of smartclass so they are using windows xp running there smartclass and also windows 2003 for server so my plan is to change the client to linux my preferred distro is (linux mint ,ubuntu ,fedora) there software support .deb package and to run the smartclass software adobe air is an essential software so to work with linux i need a adobe air .deb package in hand most of the schools not providing internet so its not possible to download from distro i searched google but i didnt get any .deb package installer file so if any one in this forum help me to give a .deb file installer i can download it and carry to schools and install at the live spot i think it could be helpful to open source and i need to teach the students that linux is so user friendly also i need to configer a samba server . the server 2003 is just running as workgroup i dont know how to configure samba server im using linux mint 12 so please help to solve this issue if we get everything working 100 % then we are succeed and every windows machine will change to linux machine thats my plan

I'm no expert but I'll do what i can, for your Deb installer go to your Synapic package manager and type in gdebi and for your Samba configuration i found this..

if i do this i need to install adobe air only in the availability of intenet is there any other way to get the adobe air installer file alone with .deb
