Alt+Mouse click does not work anymore with LMDE 5 [Solved]

Hello,

I just did the upgrade to LMDE UP5. One thing particularly annoy me.
Normally, when pressing 'Alt' and 'Left mouse click' I am able to move the window.
And when pressing 'Alt' and 'Middle mouse click' I am able to re-size the window.

This does not work anymore on cinnamon.
I tested on MATE, and this still work.

Can somebody reproduce this bug ?
How to solve it ? For example reset cinnamon settings ?

Any idea welcome. This particularly annoy me, because I am so used of this Alt+Mouse way of working that I installed on my Windows computer at work a program that mimic this way of working.
