Pidgin static icon in notification area?
I just realized I got a static icon in the notification area for Pidgin? Whats up with that?

You can use it, to open the buddy list on another workspace and it notifies you, in case you have new, unread messages.
To disable/configure it, open pidgin's options (tools > options/preferences). On the tab "surface" you can set the option "display icon in the system tray" to never/always/on new messages.

I meant its static in that way its useless.. I doesnt reflect my status, or if I have unread messages etc. Its just that boring ugly static icon from the Faenza theme.
