Apache server won't start (With error log)

I've installed everything using this tutorial

and everything was working fine until I had to shut down.
now when I try to access localhost it says its forbidden.
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80

What can I say... I'm running Linux Mint 64bits MATE edition, and i'm running in Virtualbox.
