Wake up from suspend - problem;

Postby mikski on Sun Nov 11, 2012 7:32 am

Hello. Im not sure whether it is a appropriate place, but Im looking for help.
I installed a new MINT distribution - v. 13 - Cinnamon.
Everything works fine including printing, burning and other.
Unfortunately I have a problem with suspending.
After clicking the suspend button from menu my PC is suspending
"properly" (looks like it is). But I can't get it back from this state.

I checked every button on my keyboard and mouse, but it doesn't work.
To wake up my PC I have to push power button. It also looks like
it is waking up properly but I get black screen on my monitor and
I cant change this.

Maybe it is a video card problem ?

I have Radeon x300/x600 PCI-E video card with DVI output connected to VGA cable with
a converter. It also has a VGA output, but when I connect it to my display I get a message - Input Not Supported.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve that ?
It is important for me...

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
