i saved session accidently and now everytime i open linux, it automatically opens chrome, eclipse, krita and other programs automatically.
i dont want this!!!
how do i fix this?
if i go to home/saleem/ i see a .cache folder. should i delete it?

i think i got it. if you type in session management in the start menu, there is an option where you can start a clear session.

If you don't like fatduckling's answer (which should work), close the programs you don't want to start, logout with "save session", and they should be gone on next login.
Set "save session" off so you don't get stuck again.
