Release upgrade don't work (i am still on oneiric )

Hi, the relase upgrade doesn't works .

The apt-get update say me i am on oneiric.

The do-release-upgrade do nothing :

This post doesn't make sense. Please explain what you are trying to update to and from and how you are trying to do it. Oneirc is a Ubuntu release not a Mint one.

I try to upgrade Linux Mint (the distro)
I know Oneirc is an ubuntu version name. And i am on Linux Mint 12 (Lisa)

I want switch to switch to Linux Mint 13 (Maya)

There is no mistake, Mint cannot be upgraded that way. Ubuntu can, but Mint cannot. This is a conscious decision on the part of the lead developer who does not believe in upgrading between Mint versions. If you want to install an new version of Mint then you have to download the iso and install from new. There is a tutorial here about how to do it: http://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/2.

BTW if language is a problem we do have a French section in the forums, so if you scroll down to the bottom of the forum home page you will find it. I don't know how well supported it is, but it should be pretty good considering that Clem is French speaking. Sadly my own French is not good enough to answer your query in your own language .
