Installing Fogger in Mint 13 (SOLVED)

For the couple of months I was using Ubuntu 12.04, I used the Fogger app on a regular basis. I had thought, upon migrating to Mint 13, that installing it would be simple- Mint is, after all, built on Ubuntu. No dice. I attempted to add the PPA from Launchpad, and got an error when running update in the terminal.

This can't be difficult. It has to be a case where I'm missing something obvious. (That sort of thing happens often). Any help from the more technologically savvy?

From Launchpad:

Fogger does not have any download files registered with Launchpad.

That might be your problem as far as getting it from there.

As the only instruction I can find on line links to that particular page and PPA, I begin to wonder if it is a secret. None may know the way to install... FOGGER!

But no, seriously; there has to be a way.
