Isn't that one of those slang terms sports enthusiasts use when want someone to 'streak' onto the field?

Good guess. My first thought involved a guy with a raincoat on the subway (tube or metro can go here depending on your locale). But consider this picture...

Ah. I don't know why. It is showing "[flash] is ON" while I type this reply here. Could be a preference or a based on the browser you are using?
