alirezaimi,

I just got a similar error part way through attempting to build php-gtk on a 386 instance of Cinnamon... In my case there were two missing files for the following statement :-

sudo cat lt~obsolete.m4 ltoptions.m4 ltsugar.m4 ltversion.m4 >>libtool.m4

with both lt~obsolete.m4 and ltsugar.m4 not being found... In my case I was able to "create" a copy of ltsugar.m4 after performing a Google search using the parameters "ltsugar.m4 linux mint" and I found that someone had kindly posted a copy of the file to a web page. I was able to paste it into the gedit text editor and save the file to the relevant folder. I am now trying to find a similar copy of the "obsolete" file... which, if all else fails, I will attempt to retrieve from an ubuntu build. Not sure if this is going to fix all the issues, and I notice that your post is now 6 months old without a response, but I thought I'd offer something in case it helps you answer your question.

Best Regards
ytene
