Non standard menu style in Mint 14

Just installed Mint 14 Cinnamon 32bit on 2 notebooks, desktop and menu looks standard, like this:

Installation on my desktop looks non standard:

How to fix it?

hi,
can you post the terminal output of

inxi -Gx
in your desktop (where you get the non standard look)
