--for ATI specific drivers, you would either check the software manager within your distribution or check the vendor's site for a compatible driver and the ATI utility to control and setup the graphics, for the X-server (used by Linux OPSs')

And hardware specs can be shown for your system either via the settings or control panel equivalent for your specific release of linux, or you can use inxi tool to get some data

Afraid you are already running the only available driver for this old card. ATI/AMD withdrew driver support for it some time ago so you have to use the built in open-source driver.

the open source driver is already installed. otherwise, you wont be able to see anything.
