Why no user guide for mint cinnamon edition?

I am going to translate mint 13 LTS user guide into two Indian languages.But I found Mint Cinnamon user guide in English nowhere.All of my friends switched to Cinnamon Edition.It seems more stable than MATE edition to all of us.I will have been nice if I do my hard work on Cinnamon edition rather than MATE edition.
