Hi.
I have an little problem with cinnamon:
I am using classic panels at bottom and top.
Then I moved the "open windows" into the lower task bar. After a restart all open windows are centered and not left-aligned.
How can I change this?
Furthermore:
In Ubuntu Gnome I could see which workspace was selected in the lower right corner of the taskbar.
Is there something like this for cinnamon?

Re: 2 questions: open windows centered not left-align / work
The first problem is because the panel is divided into 3 sections, anything in the left is left-aligned, anything in the middle is centre-aligned etc. So you just need to go into Panel Edit Mode, (the sections will show up in different colours) and move the window preview into the left section.
To see which workspace you are on, one solution is to turn on the Workspace Switcher Applet, which I believe comes as standard but is not automatically activated.
I hope that helps.
