MATE Menu Change <SOLVED>
I am running Mint 13 MATE. How do I change the MATE menu to look like the old style GNOME 2.x shell with three task bars on top? I've seen recent pictures of this on the web (http://www.renewablepcs.com/about-linux ... me-or-xfce for example) but can't figure out how to do it. Thanks.

Re: MATE Menu Change
Hi,
Try this:
If you haven't already added a panel at the top -
Right-click bottom panel > click "New panel"
Then right-click the new panel > Add to panel > "Menu Bar - a custom menu bar"
This is the menu with Applications, Places, System.

Thank you so much. It worked like a charm. Long live GNOME 2.X!
