Icons missing and/or of the wrong size
What causes icons in KDE in various apps to either not show or show at the wrong size? I remember having this same problem in Kubuntu in the past, and I think I fixed it by deleting my .kde directory. Attached are two screenshots that show what I'm talking about.

The Control center view is really strange
The view in Konqueror I don't recognize from my Daryna KDE CE, is the computer image way too large?
I can't reproduce the error(s) and I don't really find anything useful on the net
