Update manager issues

Hello everyone, I am a brand new user of linux mint 13 maya, and I have to say I am so happy with finally giving windows the boot. However, I have been having a bit of trouble with my update manager.

This is what I get after punching in sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade (I've attached it)
