How to set 3G ONLY on ZTE MF100 using WVDIAL?

First, Excuse me because my english is not good enough.
I have problem in 3G network signal. It is very unstable so sometimes my connection is switch to EDGE. Then my connection getting slow.
I want to set my modem to 3G ONLY but i found no GUI like MDMA (Mobile data monitoring application). Next i try to use WVDIAL but i dont know how to?
My modem is ZTE MF100.
