Package Request bluegriffon

Postby kc1di on Wed Dec 19, 2012 8:12 am

I would like to suggest that bluegriffon be packaged for Mint.
Kompozer is no longer in the ubuntu repositories and I understand it is not being actively developed any longer.
blueGriffon would be a good alternative. but in not in any of the repositories either.
here the link:

Thank you.

I saw bluegriffon package in getdeb repository. You can enable getdeb repository from software sources.
If getdeb repo still down, change to getdeb mirror . Tutorial is here: http://www.ubuntugeek.com/getdeb-mirror-site.html
( change lucid with your version )
LM12 = oneiric
LM13 = precise
LM14 = quantal

by the way for those using mate DE you need to change the command given to

Changing the properties on that install file works. But it does a pretty crude install. All you'll see on your application launcher is a folder. No icons or anything like that. It also does not do a system wide install.
