Hello everybody, I just installed a Mint 13 XFCE.
Must find a widget to be placed on desktop that shows:
% cpu usage
% ram usage
Sensors temps
network usage
Possibly nice to look at but as simple as possible (wouldn't like driver problems or things like that: it's a server).
Does anything like that exists? And how to set it up?

Re: Machine Status - Widget on Desktop
Found Screenlets and installed Sysmonitor Screenlets by Whise.
Works fine, except for two things:
1) cpu load seems to monitor the free % of each core instead of the load %
2) doesn't show system temps

Well screenlets is kind of abandoned and not new life coming in. The only other option you have for that is Conky which can give you temps, cpu, ram,hd spaces, weather, mail check,etc...

See here for some conky choices:

I like energreen and Gotham, but you have plenty of choice and conky is very lightweight.
