How to change Firefox toolbar height and font height?

Hi,
My font in the address bar, bookmarks toolbar, etc is huge. Also, the bookmarks toolbar is about 1cm high. Can someone please tell me how can I reduce these?

All the searches I've done talk about modifying "userChrome.css" files and "Chrome" and "Profile" folders, but the posts are all a few years old and refer to Firefox 3.x, and I can't find any of these folders or files on my computer.

Goto Cinnamon Settings>Fonts and adjust Window title font to preferred size.
And adjust others like Default font & Document font

I tried it and the default font changed it, but unfortunately I couldn't find a way to change the height of the toolbar, so it still took up just as much of my screen even when I made the font microscopic.
Do you know how to change the bookmarks toolbar height?

I believe Title bar height is system wide preference generated by theme used and not adjustable?
Only bar adjustable is the task bar in Cinnamon Settings>Panel can make it thicker or thinner.

If you have specific titlebar size needs try other themes that use smaller footprints for them.
