Mint 13 Requiring User's Password To Be Changed At Login

Postby gdawg on Fri Dec 21, 2012 3:28 pm

I recently installed Mint 13 KDE in my 64 bit laptop and created a couple of user accounts but the user is required to change their password each time they login. How can I correct this?

gdawg@gdawg-Satellite-C675 ~ $ uname -a
Linux gdawg-Satellite-C675 3.2.0-23-generic #36-Ubuntu SMP Tue Apr 10 20:39:51 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Experimentation revealed that the solution was to designate new users' without signifying a password. Password must be entered when they login. Please mark as solved since I can't seem to mark it as solved.in the subject-line.
