i found a bug,mint 14 32bit cinnamon

its not too major,but,i want to know if anyone else is affected.on cinnamon settings/desktop i unticked everything from showing on my desktop,but,every other boot it goes on then next boot it goes off.anyone know why?

ummm... please enlighten me on saving a desktop session,because,its the same desktop session ive been using this whole time.when i open up the cinnamon settings/desktop everything is unticked,but,the icons appear on desktop every other boot-up.
