USB to serial driver for CH341

I have a Linuxmint v12 on a 32bits and v13 on a 64bits machine. Testing PL2303 usb to serial program on 64 bits machine and found a strange seqement error message. After trial and error, somehow put a -Wl option in the make file make the old program that run on v12 to also work on V13, not too sure why but work any how. Just a note may be useful to some.

When I also have another CH341 based usb to serial cable that work fine in Window XP. Then I try to test it on mint and google everywhere does not found a working driver.
Does anyone know a place to download?
