Customize or Block Menu Option

Hi All
Good Evening
I am New User of Linux Mint And last Friday i install Linux Mint Version ( linux mint 14 nadia cinnamon) in our office approx 10 user use successfully this OS & now all is working fine but i would like customize Desktop because i have no Domain for security , all user use this os only for data entry ,browsing purpose but all time user spend our time play game and other activity ,

Please give me way how can make Customize or Block optione on Menu Option
