Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon installation on MacBook Pro Mid 2007

Hi everyone, I like Linux Mint very much and I'm trying to install it on my MacBook Pro Mid 2007 (model Identifier: MacBookPro3,1) http://support.apple.com/kb/SP17
I've created a new partition by Disk Utility, installed rEFInd, created USB with Linux Mint 14 by unetbootin but I still can't get to X session to install it. Main problem (i think) is my nVidia GeForce 8600M GT 128 MB and nouveau module. I've read many posts and tried following grub parameters:

nomodeset
xforcevesa
vga=775/799/795
nouveau.modeset=0
nouveau.blacklist=1
nouveau.blacklist=yes
(everything with and without "quiet splash")

but every single time I got:
fatal error: "no screens found"

without "quiet" I once got:
"fb: conflicting fb hw usage nouveaufb vs. EFI VGA - removing generic driver" and booting hangs with that statement

nouveau.blacklist=1 worked for many people with nVidia graphics but not for me, there is following error while booting:
"nouveau 1 - invalid parameter for blacklist"

How can I blacklist conflicting nouveau driver from grub and install Linux Mint successfully?

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
