[Solved] HowTo make settings changes for all users in Mint14

I installed Linux Mint 14 "mate"
I created 4 users
Is it possible when I customise 1 user
That the other users get the same customised settings
example: I want firefox to switch directly to newly opened link
Do I have to make this change 4 times [for all 4 users]?

I think so.
One of the purposes of having different users is so they can all set their own preferences.

I did hope there was an easy solution
like copying the home-folder to the
other accounts.
But clear now, no need to search anymore
