Dual boot Mint 14 KDE and Windows 8 on Dell Latitude E5430

Hi,
anyone manage to successful dual boot Mint 14 KDE and Windows 8 on Dell Latitude E5430? i follow instructions on http://www.linuxbsdos.com/2012/11/14/du ... ardware/2/ but when I choose the linux entry I get an error:

I had a similar problem. If your Windows is installed in UEFI mode, in this post you can find some information.
