i installed lincity and it will just flash from games and a black screen so i tried second city and it just blinks im also un able to uninstall lincity ive tired evey thing can i get some help

yes i also tried second life same thing i also watched a video today same thing its my video drivers im trying to figure out which one i need my video cars ATI also im unable to remove the games to
